Nowadays, after scale expansion and vigorous development, vocational education in China has entered a phase characterized by enhancing quality and optimizing system. Meanwhile, the transformation of economic development mode and upgrading of industrial structure after economic crisis has put forward new challenges and requirements for vocational education. In order to fulfill new missions, the government of China launched a series of reform plans for vocational education. (Annex)
